Pricing
Our students enroll in either the Introductory Package or the Intensive Package. All students enroll for full 12-week sessions.
Introductory Package
$2700
per quarter
1.5 hour sessions once every other week
Designed for students new to us or balancing schoolwork and other demands
While recommended for new students, the introductory package also lessens the impact of our mentorship and support.
Intensive Package
$5400
per quarter
1.5 hour sessions once every week
Designed for students looking to make substantial and consistent progress towards their college application goals.
Students often transition to the Intensive Package 6-12 months before their applications are due.
We enroll students on a quarterly basis (12 sessions over a 3 month quarter) with prorated prices. We typically only enroll students for the following quarter, but may be able to begin with you and your student in the middle of a quarter depending on mentor availability. Our 2026 calendar is:
Winter: January 5 to March 30
Spring: April 6 to June 29
Summer: July 6 to September 28
Fall: October 5 to December 28
Additional Logistics
All students are matched and meet with their primary mentor either weekly or biweekly. Written work receives feedback from two secondary mentors; their feedback is communicated through the primary mentor.
For guardians, short written updates will be provided, and primary mentors will be available for a check-in on a regular basis.
We use a sliding scale pricing model because we aim to meet our students at a price point that is accessible to them and their families. Details about our sliding scale can be found here.

We are generally free between 3-5pm on Mondays, 5-7pm on Wednesdays, 2-5pm on Thursdays, and 3:30-5pm on Fridays, pacific time. We understand these times coincide with normal work hours and may not work with your schedule. If this is the case, we invite you to email us with your availability and we’ll find a time to connect with you.
